Refund Policy

At Maza, we strive to provide exceptional services to our customers who require the processing of Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs). We understand that sometimes situations may arise where customers may need to cancel their ITIN application and request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

Refund eligibility:

Customers can request a refund within the first 15 days of their purchase without reason. If after the 15 days, Maza will refund customers automatically and for their full amount only if their ITIN application is not approved by the IRS.

Refund process:

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at ayuda@withmaza.com. Customers will need to provide their order number, full name, and a receipt. Our team will review the request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund timeframes:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method used.

Exceptions:

There may be exceptional circumstances that arise where Maza will provide a full refund to the customer. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be at the discretion of Maza's management team.
